JK PHILANTHROPY
Perspective. Judgment. Impact.
WHERE ARE YOU?
From generosity to intentional giving.
Some clients are just beginning to think seriously about their philanthropy. Others have been giving for years and want to move beyond writing cheques toward a more focused approach. You may be establishing a family foundation, exploring which issues you care most about, or thinking about how to involve your children in your philanthropy.
Wherever you are in the process, the starting point is understanding what you want your philanthropy to accomplish.
THE QUESTIONS THAT MATTER
Good decisions begin with better questions.
What matters to you?
Where do you want to make a difference?
How much do you need to know before acting?
When should you rely on evidence, and when should you trust the people closest to an issue?
How do you involve your family in ways that are meaningful rather than obligatory?
There isn’t one formula for answering these questions. I help clients work through them, develop a clear approach to their giving and make decisions with greater confidence.

What works?
Who decides?
Different philanthropic decisions require different ways of thinking. The key is judgment: knowing which questions to ask, which evidence matters, whose perspective is missing, and which approach makes sense for the situation at hand.
The right lens for the right question.
